The concept of energy work is foreign to some people. In basic terms we are working with the "energy field" that occupies the space around the body, and certain places in the body. I use what is called the Chakra system to facilitate release and balance in these areas. During this session the client experiences guided meditation, light touch work, and hands off work. Energy work can be used to help center you after a trying experience, or to promote general relaxation and mental/physical health.
